This
is one concert you really shouldn't miss!!!
Arguably the greatest living songwriter today,
the Idaho folk star's deep, expressive, but never
melodramatic voice recalls such understated singers
as Leonard Cohen and Paul Simon, and his traditional,
often acoustic-based, songcraft parallels the
best confessional folk singers of the 1970s. Like
Damien Rice, Ray LaMontagne and Manchester's David
Gray, he's huge in Ireland and it will only be
a matter of time before he follows their footsteps
into large UK arenas. His diverse offering, delivers
acoustic folk whilst the larger production of
his band encompasses horns, piano and bold choruses.
A must-see concert! |
